Groupros
Group projects fail when things get lost in the chat. Groupros turns "I'll do it" into tracked tasks, sends private reminders, and answers "what did we decide?" with proof.
What it does
- Automatic task capture with confirmation — it asks before adding anything.
- Private reminders the day before and 3 hours before, with extensions.
- /brief and /plan — save the assignment brief and turn its deadline into milestones.
- /tasks, /addtask and /mytasks — the board, manual tasks, and everything you own.
- /decide and /decisions — log what the group agreed and revisit it later.
- /ask — answers about past discussion, with links to the messages.
- /catchup — a private summary of what you missed.
- /meeting — turns a Zoom transcript into decisions and action items.
Privacy
The bot stores group text messages, tasks and decisions so it can work.
Messages are processed by AI providers via OpenRouter, which may be outside Singapore.
Transcripts and briefs are processed by AI, and only summaries or extracted facts are stored.
Anyone can delete their stored messages with /forget.
